  2. Create invoices as normal — build your estimates, win jobs, and generate invoices from accepted work.
  3. Send to your accounts — click “Send to Xero” or “Send to QuickBooks” on any invoice. It arrives in your accounting software as a draft, ready to review and send to your client.
  4. Stay in sync — check invoice status without switching apps. See whether invoices are draft, sent or paid, all from within EasyEstimate.

  3. Click Connect next to Xero or QuickBooks
  4. Authorise EasyEstimate in your accounting software

Which accounting software does EasyEstimate integrate with?
EasyEstimate currently integrates with Xero and QuickBooks Online. Both integrations allow you to send invoices directly from EasyEstimate into your accounting software as drafts, so you can review them before sending to clients.
Do I need to re-enter invoice data in my accounting software?
No. When you send an invoice from EasyEstimate to Xero or QuickBooks, all the line items, amounts, customer details and VAT calculations are transferred automatically. The invoice appears in your accounting software ready to review and send.
Is the integration included in the free plan?
Accounting integrations are available on our paid Professional plan. You can create estimates and invoices on the free plan, but connecting to Xero or QuickBooks requires a subscription.
Can I sync invoice status back from Xero or QuickBooks?
Yes. EasyEstimate can sync the status of invoices sent to Xero or QuickBooks, so you can see whether invoices are draft, sent, or paid — all from within EasyEstimate without switching between apps.
How long does it take to set up the integration?
Less than two minutes. Go to Company Details in EasyEstimate, click Connect next to Xero or QuickBooks, authorise the connection, and you're done. No technical setup required.
Will EasyEstimate create customers in my accounting software?
Yes. When you send an invoice, EasyEstimate searches for an existing contact in Xero or QuickBooks by email or name. If no match is found, it creates a new contact with the client's details from the job.
